At NinetyDays ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") and related services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Via Google Sign-In: Name, email address, profile picture, and Google ID
- Via Email/Password: Email address and encrypted password
We use this information to create your account, authenticate you, and personalize your experience. We store authentication credentials securely on your device to enable automatic login for your convenience. You can disable auto-login in the App settings.
Guest Mode: You may use the App in guest mode without creating an account. In this mode, your data is stored locally on your device only and will not be synced to our servers. If you uninstall the App, your data will be permanently lost.
1.2 User Content
We collect the data you input into the App, including:
- Habits and goals
- Check-in history and progress
- Personal notes and reflections
- App preferences and settings
This data is transmitted to our backend servers via encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in a secure database to enable Cloud Sync, allowing you to access your data across multiple devices and ensuring your progress is backed up.
1.3 Device Information
We may collect certain information automatically, including:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version
- Device Identifiers: Expo push notification tokens (used solely for sending habit reminders)
1.4 Analytics & Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage data and analytics to improve the App's performance and user experience. This includes:
- App feature usage and interaction patterns
- Error logs and crash reports
- API performance metrics
- Session duration and frequency
This data is collected with sensitive information (passwords, tokens, email addresses) automatically redacted. Our telemetry system is disabled by default and is used solely for improving app stability and features.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Sync your data across devices
- Process your subscription payments (via RevenueCat)
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Send you push notifications for habit reminders (if enabled)
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to help us operate the App:
- Google: For authentication and cloud infrastructure.
- RevenueCat: For managing In-App Purchases and subscriptions. We do not store your financial information; transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
- Expo: For push notifications, over-the-air app updates, and development infrastructure.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time within the App settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
5. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
